This Refund Policy explains the conditions under which payments made for our services are refundable or non-refundable.


1. No Refund on Premium Services

All payments made for any Premium Plans, Memberships, Job Alerts, or Paid Services on ADF Jobs are NON-REFUNDABLE.

Once the payment is successfully completed:

  • कोई रिफंड नहीं दिया जाएगा
  • कोई कैंसिलेशन स्वीकार नहीं है
  • No partial or full refunds

This is clearly stated before purchase, and by making a payment, you agree to these terms.


2. Reason for Non-Refundable Policy

Our paid services include:

  • Premium job alerts
  • Priority updates
  • Special listings
  • Exclusive job notifications
  • Backend account setup & processing

These digital services are processed instantly and cannot be reversed, therefore refunds cannot be provided.


3. Duplicate Payment Policy

If you are charged twice for the same service due to a technical issue:

✔ Provide payment proof (screenshot / transaction ID)
✔ Email us at help@adfjobs.com

After verification, one duplicate payment will be refunded.


4. Wrong or Failed Transaction

If your payment:

  • Failed
  • Money deducted but service not activated

Then contact us with:

  • Transaction ID
  • Payment screenshot
  • Email / Mobile number used

We will verify and either:

✔ Activate your service or
✔ Refund the failed transaction


5. Disputes

If any dispute arises regarding payment, it will be handled under the jurisdiction of Noida, Uttar Pradesh (India).
